We are at that time of year again where the annual block inspection will be undertaken at your block.
All owners will have received a letter with their quarter 2 invoice with a date and time to attend a meeting at the Levern Property Services offices (60-70 Main Street Barrhead), in which the findings of the block inspections will be discussed.
This meeting will also be held to discuss forthcoming changes to the written statement of services that would be implemented on April 1st, 2019.
All block inspections will be sent to owners prior to the meeting to ensure they have had a chance to read this over.
Please note, these meetings will be solely to discuss the findings of the block inspections and the changes to the written statement of services.
