Closed Friday 25th – Tuesday 29th December
Open Wednesday 30th December 9am-4pm
Open Thursday 31st December 9am – 2:30pm
Closed Friday 1st January 2021 – Tuesday 5thJanuary 2021
Normal working hours resume from Wednesday 6th January 2021

**Contractors Christmas break**
Landscaping – Nurture Christmas break will be from 23rd December 2020 – 4th January 2021. Returning on 5thJanuary 2021.
Close Cleaning – Mario Cleaning Christmas break will be from 25th December 2020 – 28th December 2020 returning on the 29th December 2020 – 31st December 2020. New Year break from 1st January 2021 – 5th January 2021. Returning on 6th January 2021.
As of Thursday 19 March 2020, it has been decided to close our offices until further notice. This in light of Government guidance and to protect our staff and customers during the current conoravirus pandemic.

We are monitoring the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are keen to ensure that our employees and residents take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the illness and infection does not spread and cause an impact on our service or the communities that we work within.

Levern Property Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barrhead Housing Association. Set up in 2011, the subsidiary is a company limited by Share. It was set up to become a commercial trading organisation with all profits re-invest in Barrhead Housing Association. As a non-charitable subsidiary it’s main purpose is to further the aims and objectives of Barrhead Housing Association in the most effective way. Levern Property Services has an separate governing Board from Barrhead Housing Association – the Board is elected annually and has an independent Chairperson.
Levern Property Services delivers a range of services including a comprehensive factoring service within the local area, it will also include the provision of care and support to our sheltered housing complex, the provision of extended property services to owner occupiers and commercial businesses, employment and training opportunities. It has the potential to consider private letting and to expand services by creating social enterprise activities. LPS is also an employer and services provided include Housing Support for Barrhead HA’s sheltered housing development and a Repairs Operative providing a property repairs service to Barrhead HA’s tenants.
